It’s the little things that matter . . . A cherished recipe passed on from your grandmother, watching your child experiment with finger paint for the first time, a special dessert your family begs you to make over and over, or making time to squish play dough with your toddler.

Alphabet Soup

Have a set of plastic alphabet shapes. Place them in a bowl. Provide a scoop, wooden spoon and bowls for your child to play with. Name letters and spell words together. Add Bingo cards and make another game. Your child can scoop out letters and match them to letters on their Bingo card. You can even make your own card by writing a different letter in each square.
