Servings: 8

Why I Like It: Mix it in a bowl and throw it in an unbaked, store-bought pie shell. Easy as pie plus everyone asks for the recipe!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine, cooled
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell

Directions:
Combine the butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and flour in a bowl; mix well. Stir in the vanilla, pecans, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Spoon into the pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
