Ultimate Chocolate Dip

Servings: 2 cups
Why I Like It: Simply delish multi-purpose chocolate sauce (See all the yummy uses below!) Of course, it has to be easy to make it into the "Oven Light". You'll wanna eat it by the spoonful! Hey, why not?
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Karo Light Corn Syrum
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
dippers: fruit, marshmallows, brownies, cookies, pretzels, etc.
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine Karo and cream; bring it to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Serve warm, dipping as desired.
Serving Suggestions:
• Use as a dip for strawberries, pineapple or any fruit.
• I made a tray with assorted dippers: pretzles, small cookies, brownie bites, marshmellows (these were the most popular), graham cracker sticks and so on. Anything is good dipped in chocolate!
• Mmmm! Spoon over a brownie, add a dallop of whipped cream and a cherry.
• You can also serve this over icecream!
