Fun Quesadillas

Why I Like It: Fast & Easy. Each family member makes their own to his/her liking. Use whatever you have in your fridge!

Ingredients:
Hawaiian:  sliced ham, pineapple tidbits, shredded monterey jack cheese, diced red onion

Philly Cheese Steak: Steak-Ums, diced onions, diced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced provolone cheese

Reuben: sliced corned beef, drained sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, sliced swiss cheese

Pizza: pepperoni or cooked sausage, pizza sauce from a jar, shredded mozzarella cheese, any other favorite pizza toppings

Dessert: your favorite pie filling (apple, cherry, peach, etc.), dust finished quesadilla with powdered sugar

Buffalo: leftover or canned shredded chicken, bottle of buffalo-style hot sauce, sliced celery, diced red onion, dip in blue cheese dressing

BBQ: leftover or canned shredded chicken, bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, diced red onions, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced banana peppers

Thai: shredded chicken, peanut sauce from International food aisle, diced red bell peppers, sesame seeds, sliced green onions

Skyline: frozen or canned Skyline chili, kidney beans, diced onions, Tobasco Sauce, shredded cheddar cheese

Veggie Ranch: various fresh vegetables cut in small pieces (broccoli, shredded carrots, onions, red or green bell peppers, fresh spinach), shredded monterey jack cheese, dip in ranch dressing



 
 

Directions:
Lay one large flour tortilla wrap flat on a griddle. Top with any ingredients from combinations below. Lay another tortilla on top. Grill for a few minutes on each side, until warmed or cheese has melted and tortilla is lightly browned.
