Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Source: Vicky’s Kitchen

Why I Like It: You can pour buffalo wing sauce on a rock and I would enjoy it! Needless to say, I LOVE this pasta dish with extra, extra hot sauce.

Ingredients:
1 pound penne pasta
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter, divided
3 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup low-fat real mayo
1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:
Prepare pasta according to box directions.

Combine paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken, coating well. Add 1 tablespoon of buuter to skillet and saute chicken until cooked. Add buffalo wing sauce and toss. Remove from skillet.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to skillet. Add celery and onion; saute for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl combine mayo, dressing and milk. Add mayo mixture to the sauteed veggies in the skillet, along with chicken and pasta. Toss and heat until warmed through.
