Broccoli Pie

Why I Like It: A tasty, updated version of the typical broccoli casserole! Try it, you just may like it better.
Ingredients:
6 cups broccoli florets, thawed
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. Spoon into a greased 10- inch quiche dish or deep pie plate. Bake 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
